Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship?

Yes, we absolutely do! If you are based in Windhoek, we offer local delivery right to your door for a flat fee of N$40.

For customers living further out whether you're at the Coast or up in the Northern parts of Namibia

We've got you covered via domestic courier.  However, please note that for all domestic courier orders outside of Windhoek, the full payment including the courier fee must be paid completely upfront before we dispatch your package.

Payments & Security

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We keep it flexible! You can pay using FNB E-Wallet, Standard Bank BlueVoucher, or a standard EFT from any major bank.

If you are located in Windhoek, we also accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
